I'm not sure how exactly it is tested, but it probably varies slightly depending on the company involved. If you're worried about quality you can always contact the manufacturer for more information.

this is a good piece of information. i would appreciate it if more information could be given on how the raw milk is sampled or rather tested for quality.thanks
