Soy? Yes soy! Organic soy fabric is made from the substance that is left over from making soy products. This soy protein is manufactured into a soft fabric which has become known as soy cashmere because it is so soft and light. The characteristics of organic soy are:

  • Soy is smoother than cashmere
  • Absorbs moisture like cotton does
  • Stronger than wool

Soy fiber can be washed by machine, but should always be air dried.
